I've been to the Thai Express at Markville Mall several times now, and it never disappoints! Despite being a busy food court location, they consistently serve up fresh and flavourful dishes.The Pad Thai is always well-balanced with the perfect amount of sauce, fresh bean sprouts, and your choice of protein. The portion size is generous and filling . Fast service - even when there's a lineup, the cooks work efficiently at the woks and get your food out quickly. Customizable spice level - you can ask for mild, medium, or hot depending on your preference. Fresh ingredients - the vegetables always taste crisp and the noodles are cooked just right. My usual order: Chicken Pad Thai with spring rolls. The staff are generally friendly and patient when taking orders. For quick, satisfying Thai food in the middle of a shopping trip, this spot is hard to beat. Definitely recommend giving them a try!

The loud atmosphere of the mall doesn't reflect the wonderful service provided. The woman who took our order was friendly, funny, and patient with us while we decided on what to get... 4 fresh spring rolls. They tasted great, and I loved the peanut sauce that came with them. Super filling as well. Great job!
